Payment
- Payment can be made securely online using the available payment methods.
- If you choose Cash on Delivery, please ensure you have the correct payment available. Our drivers may not be able to provide change.
Delivery
- Please ensure someone is available to receive your order at the delivery address where possible.
- If you request that your order is left in a safe place, you accept full responsibility for the goods once they have been delivered. While our delivery vehicles are refrigerated, we cannot guarantee the temperature or security of products once they have been left at your chosen location.
- H Potter & Son cannot accept responsibility for any deterioration in product quality, spoilage, theft or damage after an order has been left in accordance with your delivery instructions.
